Lucy Locket Art was established in England in 2007.

Lucy Houle, the founder, gave up her career as a PA in an Investment Bank in London to get married and have her first baby.

Lucy started making baby cards for friends and family, which proved extremely popular and evolved into a larger range of unique handmade products. Many of these products are now stocked in various small, select gift shops throughout southern England.

This year, due to the high demand, Lucy Locket Art has launched this website.

As a young girl, Lucy always made and sold her own handmade products at Village Fêtes and School Fairs and they are very much sought after. She then went to finishing school in Eastbourne, followed by a Couturier Course in London before commencing her Secretarial Training. This gave her additional sewing skills as well as a solid business background.

After an exciting career as a busy PA, returning to the City was not an option after the birth of her first child.  She decided to use her hobby of creating and designing into a business from home – every mother’s dream!

As a mother herself, Lucy and many friends have tried and tested all the products and we are sure you will thoroughly enjoy using them too!
